Who Is Qualified To Apply The NNPC/TEPNG Merit Scholarship Award is open to all matriculated Nigerian full-time degree students in their first/second year of studies in Nigeria Universities and who are NOT beneficiaries of any other scholarships. In addition to the above condition, applicants must show: Proof of SSCE or equivalent certificate, Proof of UME scores and Admission to the course of study
